SOUL is a group of men and women who volunteer their time and talents to make quilts and Bags of Love (see more) for children who have been removed from their homes because of violence or drug use by their parents.
We supply the Dept of Human Services (DHS) in 9 Arkansas counties with these Bags of Love which they distribute to children taken out of their homes. Read about Bags of Love . . . . We will also make quilts and other quilted items for other people and occasions.
