On bullying

Does the Bible have anything to say about bullying? Bible quotes are from the American King James Version
Does Jesus, while He was here on earth, have anything to say about it?
Let's explore the topic.
First of all, what are we talking about? What is considered bullying?
Bullying is intentional tormenting in physical, verbal, or psychological ways.  Google dictionary says,
"use superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force him or her to do what one wants. Synonyms are: persecute, oppress,tyrannize, browbeat, harass, torment, intimidate, strong-arm, dominate, informal push around.
Read what the American Society for the Positive Care of Children (SPCC) has to say about the topic.
What does Jesus encourage the Christian to do? See Matthew 5: 44-46. But I say to you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which spitefully use you, and persecute you;
That you may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he makes his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
For if you love them which love you, what reward have you? do not even the publicans the same?
Does Jesus ask us to do the impossible or does He make what seems impossible, possible.
